1. Delivery Areas
- We deliver to all Emirates every day, except the Western Region (Al Dhafra).
- If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us for more details.
2. Delivery Times
Abu Dhabi delivery timing (Monday to Sunday)
Al Ain and Other Emirates (Monday to Sunday)
- 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Please note that we cannot guarantee the timing of scheduled deliveries for orders outside the Abu Dhabi area. The delivery time is subject to the delivery company. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Cutoff Time
- Abu Dhabi: orders placed after 7 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Other Emirates: orders will be processed the next day or on the day of your choice.
3. Order Placement
- All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery.
- For same-day delivery, please check availability before placing an order.
4. Delivery Fees
- Abu Dhabi: AED 35 per order. FREE delivery on orders of AED 250 or more.
- Al Ain and Other Emirates: AED 50 per order. FREE delivery on orders of AED 500 or more.
5. Special Requests & Custom Orders
We are happy to accommodate special requests, such as custom cakes or dietary preferences, when possible. Please contact us directly for custom orders and delivery arrangements.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are required to answer calls from the delivery company. If the delivery is late or there is an issue, our team will contact you to provide updates or coordinate the drop-off.
- We cannot issue refunds for orders that are refused because they did not match a customer’s preferred timing. Additionally, we cannot offer refunds if a customer fails to answer calls, resulting in an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- We do not offer refunds. You can reschedule your order up to 24 hours before your delivery date.
