1. Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver to all Emirates every day / except Western Region.
• If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us for more details

 

2. Delivery Times

Abu Dhabi Delivery timing: (Monday to Sunday)

• 9: 00 AM to 9:00 PM

 

Alain and Other Emirates: (Monday to Sunday)

• 12:00 PM-10:00PM
• Please note that we cannot guarantee the timing for scheduled deliveries for orders outside Abu Dhabi Area. the timing of the delivery is subject to the delivery company. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Cutoff Time:

• Abu Dhabi: orders placed after  7 PM will be processed the next business day.
• Other Emirates: orders placed will be processed the next day or the day of your choice.

 

3. Order Placement

• All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery.
• For same-day delivery, please check availability before placing an order.

 

4. Delivery Fees

• Abu Dhabi fees = 35 Dhs
• Other Emirates fees = 50 Dhs 

 

5. Special Requests & Custom Orders

We are happy to accommodate special requests, such as custom cakes or dietary preferences, when possible. Please contact us directly for custom orders and delivery arrangements.

 

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are required to answer calls from the delivery company. If the delivery is late or there is an issue, our team will contact you to provide updates or coordinate the drop-off.
• We cannot issue refunds for orders that are refused because they did not match a customer’s preferred timing. Additionally, we cannot offer refunds if a customer fails to answer calls, resulting in an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

 

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• We do not offer refund, we can always re-schedule your order 24 hours prior to your order date.
