Refund policy

All purchased items are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

however, we may offer a replacement if your products meets any of the following conditions:

  1. product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery
  2. it does not match the description provided at the time of purchase
  3. it is unfit for consumption due to issues in preparation or delivery process

please note, we are unable to issues refund/replacement in the following situations:

  1. the acceptance of delivery was refused because it did not arrived at your preferred timing or was late.
  2. the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer failure to answer the delivery company calls.

Delivery Rescheduling for Orders Outside Abu Dhabi

  1. For orders delivered outside Abu Dhabi, customers cannot request rescheduling through the delivery company, as products are already prepared and delivery fees are paid in advance.
  2. Any rescheduling request must be made directly to Chantilly Café. Depending on the nature of the product, we may accept rescheduling in certain cases.
  3. For customized or made-to-order products, rescheduling is not possible. Such orders will be considered cancelled and are non-refundable.

 

to request request a replacement, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Provide a detailed explanation of the issues along with photographic evidence, if applicable.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of taste. if you received a damaged product, please do not accept the delivery and return it with our delivery company and contact us immediately  to arrange replacement.
